To place custom orders or get a quote,
please go to the order forms page of the respective items and fill out the
information asked for on the form. You will be quoted before any jobs are
begun and must approve the quoted amount. Custom orders are anything that
are not offered as standard size, as seen here on this page, or termed as
'other' as a choice on the order forms. Please give all details concerning
the construction of your custom signs or project so that we may provide
you with an accurate quote. Minimum order amount for custom lettering, heat
press transfer, masking stencils, and vinyl is $24.95 US. If you have any

Consultations are free unless development of the project
requires materials for the estimate. If this is the case with your project,
you will be advised when to submit the non-refundable development fee of
$25.00 US. This will, however, be applied towards the balance of your order.
You will be sent design ideas for preapproval. We accept Visa, Mastercard
or your bank draft with PayPal. We also accept postal money orders and personal
checks (with 10 business day wait on approval, before shipping). There is
a 25% return fee on all items. Returns do not include any shipping charges
incurred.
Cancellation - If you wish to cancel your recent order
with us and we have not collected the funds from your account yet, you can
cancel it by clicking here. If we have collected it, please contact us and
ask us for a return. If we have already cut materials on your project, your
return will be prorated. |
